Under the hood, gently

How a day with Sira actually goes.

No streaks. No scores. Just three moments, in order, that add up to something that feels like it was made for you.

01 — Onboarding

A 5-minute conversation, not a quiz.

Three things, asked one at a time: a short personality read told through real-life scenarios, your current life mode — Healing, Balance, or Growth — and, if you're open to sharing, what you're navigating right now.

Anything you're not ready to answer gets skipped, no guilt, no "incomplete profile" warning. It resurfaces later, gently, only when it's relevant.

Screen 8 of 10

Where are you right now?

Healing — I'm going through something difficult and need gentle support
Balance — Life is okay. I want to stay grounded and aware
Growth — I feel stable and ready to go deeper

You can change this anytime.

Today's journey

Reflection

"Where in your day did you feel most like yourself?"

Action

Send one message to someone you've been meaning to check on.

Wisdom

"Presence is a decision you get to make again and again."

02 — The daily journey

One theme. Three moments. Five minutes.

It starts with a 10-second mood check-in — the strongest real-time signal Sira has. From there, one reflection, one action, and one piece of wisdom are generated together around a single theme, so the day feels coherent rather than like three separate prompts.

The same theme never repeats within a week. Bookmark anything that resonates — it's saved to a personal collection you can revisit anytime.

03 — Mode shifting

It notices. It slows down. It never overrides you.

Three consecutive low mood check-ins and Sira quietly shifts from Balance into Healing overnight — shorter practices, softer language, nothing pushed. Five steady days back in Healing, and it eases toward Balance again.

Growth is never chosen automatically. That step — deciding you're ready to go deeper — always belongs to you.
